What if Mira doesn't help me close more business in my first month?
Cancel in one tap and we'll refund the month, full stop. We'd rather lose the $79 than have you tell three people we weren't worth it.
What counts as a "handled thread"?
A conversation Mira meaningfully replied to in your voice — not a "received" message, not a tap-through, and not a re-open of an existing thread. If we triaged it to you and you replied, that's on us, not your quota.
Do you train your AI on my conversations?
No. Your data tunes your voice for your account. It is never used to improve a model that another operator uses. Read more on the Security and Privacy pages.
Is there a free plan?
There's a free 14-day audit. We read-only connect to your inbox, send you a one-page report on every leak we found, and you decide from there. No card.
What happens if I go over my monthly thread cap?
Mira keeps handling. We bill $4/100 threads over the cap on Solo, $3/100 on Operator. Or we'll bump you to the next tier and prorate — your call, in your billing settings.
Do you take a cut of Stripe or M-Pesa payments?
Never. Payment processors charge their standard rate — we take nothing on top. Mira only earns its keep via your subscription.
