We don't have any positions open at the moment, and we'd rather say so than keep a page of roles we aren't hiring for. We are still glad to meet engineers, researchers and operators who care about the same problems we do: tell us what you're great at and what you'd want to work on. When roles open, this is the first place they appear.
You'll own meaningful surface area, not a sliver of it. The person who builds a thing is the person who decides how it works and the person who answers for it.
We measure ourselves by the good the work does in the real world, not by the benchmark it clears. Research that never reaches anyone is unfinished.
We build from Kenya for customers everywhere. The constraints we design against here, patchy data, real payment rails, real budgets, make the product better everywhere else.
