Multilingual replies — now with auto-detect & per-thread override
Mira now answers in whatever language a customer wrote in, automatically. We added Arabic, Portuguese (BR & PT), and French to the built-in set. If you don't want that — e.g. your shop is bilingual but you'd rather always reply in English — you can pin a thread to a single language from the drawer.
- New: Five languages added: AR, PT-BR, PT-PT, FR, ES (LATAM voice).
- Improved: Voice tuner re-trained on the last 30 days of operator replies. Quality scores up 2.1% network-wide.
- Fixed: Emoji-only replies no longer trigger the "needs more context" warning.
Performance pricing — see the receipts in real time
For operators on the Performance plan, the billing page now shows a live ledger of every "recovered" thread and what it'll cost on next month's invoice. You can dispute a line from the ledger itself. Click the row, write a note, done.

Leak audit · faster, sharper, with comparison to last month
The leak audit now runs in under 6 seconds for inboxes up to 50k threads (was 22s). We also added a sparkline showing whether each leak got better or worse compared to last month.
- Improved: Audit pipeline rewritten in Rust. ~3.5× faster, same output.
- Improved: Comparison view shows leaks closed, opened, and unchanged.
- Fixed: Audit no longer counts auto-replies as a "promise you didn't keep."
Slack & Discord — escalations land where you actually read
You can now pipe Mira escalations into a Slack or Discord channel of your choice. Approve, edit, or roll back a reply with a single button — no need to open the dashboard.

Studio plan — multi-operator dashboards, three brand voices
If you run more than one location (or are a multi-stylist shop), Studio lets you keep voices distinct per location while sharing one inbox. Roles, audit log, SSO — everything that procurement asks about.
