01 — BEFORE

Six people, one inbox, every channel.

Marsa was getting 80 — 120 inquiries a week across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. They had no shared inbox tool. Elena would check DMs on her phone between shoots. Her assistant Maya would check email. Quotes went out fast. Follow-ups didn't.
