Craft conversation

Walk through a piece of your work, or solve a small open-ended thing together. No whiteboards.

Take-home, paid

A real product problem, no homework. You set the scope. We pay you for the time.

STEP 04 · 2 HRS

Team day

Meet 3 people over 2 hours. References both ways. Decision within 48 hours.
