TLDR
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your consent choices. You can't turn these off without breaking the site.
- Functional cookies remember preferences (language, last-viewed plan). Optional.
- Analytics cookies help us see which pages help operators. Anonymized. No ad networks involved. Optional.
- Your choice is stored locally and respected for 13 months. Click here to reload and re-prompt.
1 · The Three Categories
We split cookies and similar storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) into three buckets. You opt in or out of the optional two during your first visit, and any time after that.
- Essential Required. The site doesn't work without these. No prompt is needed under GDPR / ePrivacy.
- Functional Optional. Comfort features. You can use the site fully without them.
- Analytics Optional. Counts page views so we know which docs and features get used.
2 · Essential cookies
These are the cookies that hold the site together. We don't ask permission for them. Without them, you can't sign in.
3 · Functional cookies
These remember small comfort settings. They're not loaded unless you opt in.
If you decline functional cookies, Mira still works. You just won't see the local price-format and may need to re-pick small UI preferences each visit.
4 · Analytics cookies
These help us see which pages help operators (so we can write more like them) and which broke (so we can fix them). Always anonymized at source. We never combine analytics data with your customer messages.
5 · Third-party cookies
We deliberately limit these. Mira loads exactly one cross-origin asset by default: Google Fonts (Geist). Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies for font fetches.
If we ever embed a vendor that does, such as payments by Stripe or a support widget, they'll be listed here with their own retention period and a link to opt out. As of , none are loaded.
We do not load: Facebook Pixel, X (Twitter) tracking, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok pixel, ad networks of any kind, data brokers, session-replay tools that record customer messages.
6 · Change your mind
Clears your stored choice and shows the banner on next page load. Works on any page.
Browsers also let you delete cookies directly: Chrome · Firefox · Safari. Doing that signs you out, but doesn't break anything.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT), we treat that as a no-thanks to the optional categories automatically. No banner shown.
