These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, APIs, and services (together, the "Services") provided by Sibuor Labs Ltd. ("Sibuor", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Sibuor builds and operates applied AI infrastructure, products, and advisory work across its Enterprise, Research, and Consulting divisions. Specific products (including Mira) and engagements may be subject to additional terms, order forms, or agreements, which prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Where an account is required, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to that content.
The Services, including software, models, and branding, are owned by Sibuor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.
Paid Services are billed as set out in the applicable order form or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sibuor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
